They only critique I have is that I requested for the shade of the skin for both dad and daughter be a bit darker by one more layer of brown. Upon getting the “updated” picture it was the same color. Did not want to keep going back and forth. Approved the image due to wanting it ASAP.

The wallet sized, metal card is really cool. Poke Pet Shop was responsive and made changes to my card when asked. I would've liked if the font for the trainer description was a little bigger. Not sure if that should've been my request or if it's an unchangeable field (I never asked.)

Hopefully the photo went through. I’m pretty disappointed with the quality control. I received the top one first and it is clearly off center and the bottom box is cut off. The customer service via email was great. They confirmed that another one will me made and shipped out to me at no charge. The bottom one in the photo is the replacement and it is STILL off centered. Although none of the text and boxes are cut off but seeing how other metal cards were made, I can clearly see that the gap at the very top shouldn’t be that large and there’s actually supposed to be text in the lower right corner, below the description box. I’m not happy with what I received but I need to make do with what I have because this is a Father’s Day gift. Three stars for their timely shipping and customer service but NOT for their quality.

I love the art, the revision process was easy and shipment was fast. HOWEVER, the finished product is not as high quality as I was expecting. The art on the card and the canvas are both blurry and I expected them to be MUCH clearer so we could actually enjoy the work the artists put into it. Kind of disappointing, and since this is a gift I’m not sure that my other half is going to enjoy it as much as he could have otherwise.
